Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Store Online ( iStore)?

You can shop on iStore (Store Online) by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own iStore ( Store Online) account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a public wishlist. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers.

What is 'My Account'?

It is easy to update your Store Online ( iStore) account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

'My Account' allows you complete control over your orders on Store Online ( iStore) .

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders
  • Cancle / return or replace request

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

A product could be listed under different prices. There could be sellers offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the Store Online marketplace, where different sellers compete for your order.

How do I CHANGE or CANCEL my order?

Cancellation

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please send us an email at cs@istore.com.np and we’ll try to modify your order. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order and provided we haven’t shipped it yet, you may contact our customer service agents at (01) 478 4697, 98510 61460 during office hours ( 10am - 5pm ) or drop us an email at cs@istore.com.np

Note:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, the shipping or delivery charge bear by customer.

You Can not cancel the order If same product successfully delivered.

How to know WARRANTY or GUARANTEE of the product

For some products sold by Store Online (iStore) , If covered under a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee it will be displayed on product description.

Warranty : For some products sold by iStore Online covered under a manufacturer's warranty, To claim warranty you can contact authorize service center provided by manufacturers to repair their products. or you can contact us for more help.

How can I process RETURNS or REPLACEMENT

Step 1: To return or replace an item, please call us at 98510 61460 or fill RRE form with the following details with in 3 Days :

  • contact information.
  • the reason for product return or replacement.
  • the official receipt provided as proof of purchase.
