Return, Replace or Exchange
RETURN, REPLACE, OR EXCHANGE ( RRE )
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer you the return, replace or exchange of the physical product your purchased. You may contact our customer service agents at (01) 478 4697, 98510 61460 during office hours ( 10am - 5pm ) or fill the RRE form within 3 days.
The condition for return, replace or exchange ( RRE ) policies are mentioned below :
- If manufacturing defects or product damages is received.
- If the product delivered to you is the wrong one.
- Size mismatch on delivery
- If the product received at the time of delivery is found damaged ( Update within the time of delivery )
Following Condition shall not be eligible for return or replace or Exchange
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;
- Digital products and services (music,movies downloads);
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the Vendor or manufacturer's warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- Products must be returned in new or unused condition.
- If the product are used or the packaging has been damaged, the product will not be applicable for return.
- the official receipt provided as proof of purchase.
- Return Policy depends on product's nature and Vendor (Seller). Buyer is the responsible for the shipping fees.
